WHAT WE DO
SIGNATURE SERIES
The most important operational asset that a company has is its EMPLOYEES. According to the Training Magazine 2020 Training Industry Report, the average company in the United States spent on training - $1,111 per employee in 2020. This figure is slightly lower than what was spent in 2019. Anyway, it is still a significant number. These numbers are proof that training is an integral part of many organizations' budget. The thought is that investing in employees can grow a company's bottom line. We agree... to a point! Reason being, trainings are only successful when what is being taught is utilized. Hence, the million-dollar questions:
-
Are your employees integrating what they are being taught so that there is an increase in their performance and
-
Are you getting an adequate ROI on your training investment?
According to a survey published in CompTIA Workforce Learning Trends 2020, one of the primary challenges in implementing effective training programs is the lack of leadership from organizations. In other words, what happens after the training occurs? For most organizations - the answer is NOTHING! The reason being, there is little or no expectations and/or support as regards to helping employees to utilize the newly acquire knowledge or skills.
Discover A New Future provides not only impactful workshops and coaching that addresses your specific needs, but we provide follow-up support to help facilitate lasting transformation and to increase your training ROI.
