This leadership training series is specifically designed to help supervisors who are new to this role to transition and soar professionally. In an ideal world, for attendees to get the most out of the training experience, they would've to attend all ten sessions. HOWEVER, we don't live in an ideal world, so the sessions are created so that they can be offered independently or in a series that complement each other. Each session is created to be completed in 2 hours long.
